Are you in Pain? Back ache? Sciatica? Headache? Neck and shoulder problems?

You are not alone – modern lifestyles with excessive reliance on computers and huge levels of stress, leads to all sorts of musculoskeletal problems in adults and in children too. The question is what do you do about it? In the first instance, you might try pain killers but if these don’t help, you may visit the doctor then await a physiotherapy appointment. All this time, your pain remains.

Instead you could try a different approach that will give YOU more control over these aches and pains and this is what my column is about.

Stretching is a wonderful way to maintain flexibility and mobility and can help people of ALL ages and abilities.
