Family Fitness Magazine is an independantly published bi-monthly magazine for local families and local businesses distributed free across Wokingham and supported by a 24/7 interactive website.

Our aim is to provide a useful resource of articles, health and fitness providers and local information for Wokingham families interested in their health, fitness and wellbeing including contributions from local families, local businesses and local health experts. The focus is purely local, familiy & fitness

Family Fitness Maagzine is published in print (contact us if you’d like a copy) and online (view digital version) and the website is updated regularly with new business details (browse online directory) and information (read articles). All articles and business details online are tagged and categorised, so feel free to search, comment and get involved.

    Loved the 1st issue – it fits in with my ‘wants’ for a magazine and a lifestyle. Could put in a health eating section in future magazines? (and how about snowboarding for a sport given these conditions!!!)

    Like the mountain biking suff esp. the one about the dad and his teen, spot on! My daughter visits me every other wkend and I’m always trying to find us something to do together, so more like that pls.
